RNC fires entire telemarketing team over low grass-roots contributions. Note to Republicans: the telemarketing team isn't the problem, Republican policies are - especially immigration. Bush takes immigration personally, which is his problem, but he's trying to make it everybody's problem. Peggy Noonan says Bush has ripped conservatives apart. Yep. But she fails to point out that conservatives voted for him, and they got exactly what they voted for, including this immigration plan, which Bush ran on in 2000. Conservatives as a group are just as much to blame as Bush. Illegal immigrants in Washington D.C. Al Qaeda plans to smuggle nuclear bombs into the US from Mexico.

Reason says America is very closed to immigrants. While this is true for legal immigrants, they must not have visited the Mexican border in the last 6 years.

Bush adviser Dan Bartlett resigns.

Why would Bush compare Iraq to Korea?

Bush jumps on global warming bandwagon. Vegetarians want tax breaks for fighting global warming.

Hillary reportedly listened into illegally tapped cell phone calls of political opposition. Nixon had to resign over that. The country was in an uproar for a year, and it's still considered one of the biggest scandals in American history. The press doesn't care if Hillary does it.

Lebanese troops prepare to crush extremists. Syria is supplying extremists to Iraq and Lebanon, and while we hear that the Middle East is becoming more extreme every day and al Qaeda is recruiting more every day, there's not an unlimited supply of these terrorists. At some point, Iran and Syria will have overextended, and I hope we're there already.

Gates demands China explain military buildup. I'm sure they'll be honest and tell us they plan to take Taiwan by force, then destroy our military in the western Pacific so they can become the sole dominant player in the region. How stupid are our leaders? We're running around with a big target on our back and China is using our trade money to build bigger and bigger guns to shoot us.

Iraqi PM Maliki fears military coup. As well he should. His government is full of militia members beholden to warlords, not the country as a whole, and is not only ineffective, but dangerous to its own people. Either the Maliki government will clean itself up or it will fall, and we've seen very little evidence it will be cleaned up.

John Podhoretz claims all Bush's troubles stem from Iraq. There's some truth in this, but it doesn't address the outrageous spending on social programs, entitlements, and the anti-American immigration fraud. Bush is just a terrible President. Worse, he's exactly as bad as he advertised himself, and conservatives still voted for him, which means conservatives are just as bad for America as Bush.

Clintons. Scandal. Abuse of power. They do it so often and so grandiosely that we don't even bat an eyelash anymore. How did the Clinton's manage to make such gross corruption passe?
