"According to one insider who spoke to TheWrap: “Every PC in the company is useless and all of the content files have either been stolen or destroyed or locked away.”"

Tax and Spend

Obama accelerated federal spending to make Q3 look better than it really was to boost Democrats in the election.
"“Real federal government consumption expenditures and gross investment increased 9.9 percent in the third quarter,” reports the Bureau of Economic Analysis, “in contrast to a decrease of 0.9 percent in the second. National defense increased 16.0 percent, compared with an increase of 0.9 percent. Nondefense increased 0.4 percent, in contrast to a decrease of 3.8 percent.”
The last time that national defense and federal spending accelerated this much in one quarter was back in the second quarter of 2009 according to an analysis by the BEA.
The last time that non-defense spending went up this amount was back in the third quarter of 2012.
You might remember it.
That was the time when none of the economists noticed that the administration, in a bid to hold on to the White House, accelerated federal spending in the quarter moving expenditure up from the 4th quarter into the 3rd. How economists missed the fact that federal spending was moved up in 2012 is still a mystery to me, but it wasn’t until the 4th quarter, after the election, that the results were apparent."
Every dime government spends is political.

Police State

Police stop people from cleaning up after the riots in Ferguson. Why are those idiots, oppressed by socialists, attacking businesses?

Foolish Ferguson protesters chant they pay the oppressors, as if they were the ones in power.

Blue privilege is real.
"“Any time I’m involved in an officer-involved shooting, be it a fatal one or non-fatal, it is always during my initial investigation listed as an assault on law enforcement,” explained the St. Louis County Police Detective who inaugurated the investigation of the Michael Brown shooting. “Officer Wilson … was the victim of the assault we were investigating.”
Once it had been established that the living, armed individual was the “victim” and the dead, bullet-ridden body had belonged to the “assailant,” continued the detective in his September 3 grand jury testimony, “One of the sergeants with Ferguson [gave] me a brief walk-through to start my investigation so I [could] have a logical starting point from where I would start my video, photographs, and looking for evidence.”
That unnamed sergeant, most likely, was the supervisor who had told Darren Wilson to leave the scene after the shooter told him that Brown had tried to take his gun."
This shows the corruption starts from the first moment of the shooting, and there's no such thing as an independent investigation.
"From its inception, the shooting of Michael Brown was not investigated as a potential criminal homicide, and the inquiry was an exercise in validating the killer’s story, rather than testing it against the available evidence. "
This is how they all work.

Here's another symptom of the police state.
"FBI data released over the past month reveals that so-called “justifiable homicides” reached a record high last year, while the number of officers killed in the line of duty fell to its lowest level in decades.
According to the data, which appeared in a Monday article on theWashington Post web site, 461 American civilians were killed by on-the-job police officers in 2013, while 27 police officers were killed by civilians."
Predators and prey.
"The article notes the correlation between the record killings and the militarization of American police over the same period, “fueled by a glut of surplus military equipment heading home from Iraq and Afghanistan.” The FBI’s “justifiable homicide” figures increase steadily around 1998, the year after the start of the US Government’s Defense Logistics Agency’s 1033 program, which parcels out surplus military equipment to state and local police."
That's not surprising.
"The FBI figures for “justifiable homicide,” defined by the agency as “the killing of a felon by a law enforcement officer in the line of duty,” is widely acknowledged to be an undercount, according to thePost, because the methodology is not uniform from state to state. There are no comprehensive nationwide statistics on police brutality, despite the government being required to do so by the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act passed in 1994. However, a Facebook page titled “Killed by Police,” which posts links to news stories on police killings, has counted more than 1,450 killings by police officers since its launch on May 1, 2013."
That figures too.
"Sheriff’s deputies in Los Angeles gunned down Eduardo Bermundez, 26, and Ricardo Avelar-Lara, 57, early in the morning of Sunday, November 16, after Bermundez was alleged to have threatened someone with a handgun that later turned out to be a replica.
This was at least the fourth police murder this year involving a person holding a toy or replica weapon. It follows the deaths of John Crawford III for carrying a pellet gun and Darrien Hunt for carrying a replica samurai sword. Only a week ago, police killed 12-year-old Tamir Rice on a Cleveland playground for carrying a toy pistol."
This is a pattern. I wonder if they're purposely killing people with toys to implement gun control. I bet their training teaches them not to bother differentiating.

Do police recruit psychopaths or do they create them or both?

We're supposed to be happy that panel appointed by rulers is nearing a decision on the chocking death of a poor man in New York City. This should be a jury, not a panel.

"I find that the NFLPA carried its burden of showing that Rice did not mislead the Commissioner at the June 16th meeting, and therefore, that the imposition of a second suspension based on the same incident and the same known facts about the incident, was arbitrary," Jones also wrote.
"The Commissioner needed to be fair and consistent in his imposition of discipline."

Grand juries are intentionally corrupt.
"The government only needs to present whatever evidence they want. There is no obligation to present all the evidence because the Supreme Court has ruled that the Grand Jury is NOT entitled to all the evidence, since the trial jury will correct any deficiencies. The problem – indictments are not rendered against government people and handed out like candy for their enemies."
Exactly.
"The argument for such secrecy was unanimously upheld by the Supreme Court in Douglas Oil Co. of Cal. v. Petrol Stops Northwest441 US 211 (1979). The dissenting opinion was joined by Justices Burger and Stewart still concurred with the Court’s opinion as to the importance and rationale of grand jury secrecy. The gist of that secrecy was people would be afraid to appear and rat out others the government wanted to indict if they were not protected. That was the same reasoning behind the Venetian Mouth of Truth and the other side is that fake evidence enters because there is no check and balance against witnesses who can then say anything to sway the Grand Jury to whatever direction the government desires. Very, very bad decision. There is no accountability whatsoever."
That's exactly what the government wants.

Government failure in Ferguson proves government can't protect people.
"The looters and rioters in Ferguson have sent a message: the state is impotent when it comes to protecting life and property. Yet these two protections are basic to the theoretical justification for the state’s possession of a lawful monopoly of violence. The state of Missouri visibly shares this with looters. “Sorry; there is nothing much we can do.” The looters knew this, and they acted accordingly."
Yet people still support the state.

11. The ISIL’s practice of beheadings is part of the US sponsored terrorist training programs implemented in Saudi Arabia and Qatar."

Regulation

Like I pointed out before, the government demands cars supply deadly airbags.

War

What do we have to show for wars in Iraq and Afghanistan?
"In both countries, that power quickly succeeded in its stated objective of “regime change,” only to find itself mired in deadly conflicts with modestly armed minority insurgencies that it simply couldn’t win. In each country, to the tune of billions and billions of dollars, it built up a humongous army and allied “security” forces, poured money into “reconstruction” projects (most of which proved disasters of corruption and incompetence), and spent trillions of dollars of national treasure.
Having imagined that, ask yourself: How well did all of that turn out for this other power? In Afghanistan, a recent news story highlights something of what was accomplished. Though that country took slot 175 out of 177 on Transparency International’s 2013 Corruption Perceptions Index, though its security forces continue to suffer grievous casualties, and though parts of the country are falling to a strengthening Taliban insurgency, it has for some years proudly held a firm grip on one record: Afghanistan is the leading narco-state on planet Earth.
In 2013, it upped its opium poppy cultivation by 36%, its opium production by almost 50%, and drug profits soared. Preliminary figures for this year, recently released by the U.N., indicate that opium cultivation has risen by another 7% and opium production by 17%, both to historic highs, as Afghanistan itself has become “one of the world’s most addicted societies.”"
And now the US is back at war in Iraq.
"In other words, after 13 years of doing its damnedest, on one side of the Greater Middle East this power has somehow overseen the rise of the dominant narco-state on the planet with monopoly control over 80%-90% of the global opium supply and 75% of the heroin. On the other side of the region, it’s been complicit in the creation of the first terrorist mini-oil state in history, a post-al-Qaeda triumph of extreme jihadism."
This is what passes for success in Washington.

Criticism of Ferguson police and security plan.
"Law enforcement officials had more than three months from the August shooting death of Michael Brown to Monday's reveal of the grand jury decision to prepare for protests.
Yet many of the tactics used by Missouri prosecutors and police — from scheduling the announcement at night to not deploying National Guard troops — puzzled experts and are being questioned by residents in the wake of destructive protests in Ferguson that appeared to spiral out of control.
"They said they had a plan. They said they were going to protect our businesses and community," said Rob White, pastor of Peace of Mind Church and a protest organizer. "That plan failed miserably.""
Like somebody else said, they let them destroy stuff to show what happens if they aren't aggressive. This is another grand government failure, and it was intentional. What it shows is socialist police cannot be trusted. They should abolished so people can hire much more effective private security at a much lower price.

National Guard troops deployed on the second night reduced violence.

On the corrupt grand jury process:
"New York state Judge Sol Wachtler once famously remarked it's so easy to get a grand jury to indict, they'd indict a ham sandwich if that's what the prosecutor wanted.
Except when it comes to police officers."
That's because prosecutors manipulate grand juries so they don't indict police officers.

Asked if he had filled out an incident report on the shooting, Wilson explained that the “protocol” in such cases is to “contact your FOP [Fraternal Order of Police] representative and he will advise you of what to do step by step.”
When asked if he had committed his recollections to paper in a diary or journal, Wilson replied: “My statement has been written for my attorney.”
“And that’s between you and your attorney, then?” asked the exceptionally helpful prosecutor, who received an affirmative reply.
“So no one has asked you to write out a statement?” the assistant DA persisted.
“No, they haven’t,” Wilson acknowledged.
Like anybody else suspected of a crime, Wilson was presumed innocent and could not be forced to incriminate himself. Unlike a Mundane suspected of homicide, however, Wilson was given the luxury of crafting his story to fit subsequent disclosures, in consultation with a police union attorney who added the necessary melodramatic flourishes."

This rioting was planned.

It's ironic that most of the businesses destroyed in Ferguson were owned by minorities. I don't understand why rioters attack private business owners instead of the government they are protesting. Maybe they know the government will more likely kill them.

Judge unseals records on 529 secret uses of Stingray cell phone tracking.
"According to the Charlotte Observer, the records seem to suggest that judges likely did not fully understand what they were authorizing. Law enforcement agencies nationwide have taken extraordinary steps to preserve stingray secrecy. As recently as this week, prosecutors in a Baltimore robbery case dropped key evidence that stemmed from stingray use rather than fully disclose how the device was used."
This judge just blew the lid off their secrecy.
"The newspaper also reported on Friday that the Mecklenburg County District Attorney’s office, which astonishingly had also never previously seen the applications filed by the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department (CMPD), will now review them and determine which records also need to be shared with defense attorneys. Criminals could potentially file new claims challenging their convictions on the grounds that not all evidence was disclosed to them at the time."
All used in cases prosecuted should be shared with defense attorneys, but I doubt the prosecutor will see it that way. Defense attorneys should be checking these records themselves instead of waiting on the prosecutor.
"Worse still, local cops have lied to courts (at the direction of the United States Marshals Service) about the use of such technology. Not only can stingrays be used to determine a phone’s location, but they can also intercept calls and text messages. While they do target specific phones, they also sweep up cell data of innocents nearby who have no idea that such data collection is taking place."
Apparently they don't want to mention the FBI.
""As soon as the DA’s Office has a list of cases associated with the orders, the office will review those cases individually to determine whether the information was shared with defendants," the statement read. "If prosecutors find that the information was not shared, the office will then work to determine whether the information should have been included in the discovery process. The DA’s Office continues to stand by its law enforcement partners as we all work to protect the rights of individuals while also keeping our community as safe as possible.”"

Now that Obama made his big splash and he's fundraising off of it, lawyers are trying to downplay the numbers.
"U.S. President Barack Obama's executive action easing the threat of deportation for 4.7 million undocumented immigrants is unlikely to cover many of those eligible because of practical hurdles, immigration lawyers said.
High application costs, extensive documentation requirements and lengthy waiting periods for approval sharply reduced participation in a 2012 executive action aimed at undocumented immigrants brought to the United States by their parents as children, and the process is expected to be even more arduous this time around, the lawyers said."
Let's hope few take advantage.

Obama's announcement expected to encourage 100,000 new illegal immigrants to flood US.

Global Warming and Energy

China's updated energy plan doesn't cut fossil fuels showing that agreement with Obama was a farce.

Google true believer green engineers conclude renewable energy won't work.
"The key problem appears to be that the cost of manufacturing the components of the renewable power facilities is far too close to the total recoverable energy – the facilities never, or just barely, produce enough energy to balance the budget of what was consumed in their construction. This leads to a runaway cycle of constructing more and more renewable plants simply to produce the energy required to manufacture and maintain renewable energy plants – an obvious practical absurdity."
At least it should be obvious.

"Controversy is surrounding a sex education conference in Oregon as the event has hosted students as young as 11 years old. The conference gives tips on masturbation, using internet porn and quirky alternatives to sex.
Lesson plans taught at the Oregon Adolescent Sexuality Conference include tutorials on porn websites, pamphlets on sexting and information about “teledildonics,” or the remote use of sex toys over the Internet, KOIN-TV reports.
The pamphlets handed out at the conference suggest other ways students can engage in intimate activities without having intercourse, including bathing together, shaving each other, wearing each other’s underwear, role playing, buying an extra-large pair of pajama bottoms to sleep in together, lap dances and strip teases.
“Eat pop rocks while making out, look at porn or stars, chocolate, role-playing as a nurse, school girl, cops & robbers,” were some of the other alternative activities.
“Teledildonics basically refers to the control of sex toys over the Internet; the remote use of sex toys,” said keynote speaker Cory Silverberg in an audiotape obtained by KOIN 6 News after the conference from an attendee."
This is government in a nutshell.

Once again the greatness of the American people is illustrated by their peaceful reaction to Obama's criminal announcement of temporary amnesty to illegal aliens. This restraint and focus on production is what made America the greatest country the world has ever known. On the other hand, Obama has spent six years attacking Americans, especially blacks, and blacks have had enough and are finally angry.

DHS obeys Obama's lawless order instead of the constitutional law, declaring...
"illegal immigrants will be given work permits, Social Security numbers and protection from deportation, the DHS guidelines are instructions for the nation's immigration and border security officers as they administer the president's directive.
The new priorities are striking. On the tough side, the president wants U.S. immigration authorities to go after terrorists, felons, and new illegal border crossers. On the not-so-tough side, the administration views convicted drunk drivers, sex abusers, drug dealers, and gun offenders as second-level enforcement priorities. An illegal immigrant could spend up to a year in prison for a violent crime and still not be a top removal priority for the Obama administration."
There is no tough side. All of them took an oath to defend the constitution, so they should all be fired.

Boehner, McConnell and the rest of the Republican leaders happily take vacation since Obama did what they wanted.  Obama mocks them. He blasts Boehner. He's an idiot. He got what he wanted. Boehner and McConnell got what they wanted. Obama shouldn't have attacked them, but he did, and they will respond.

Obama announces his own lawlessness with egoist bragging.
"Kinda hard to find words other than “tyrant” and “dictator” for a politician who announces as Obummer did, “…to those Members of Congress who question my authority to make our immigration system work better, or question the wisdom of me acting where Congress has failed, I have one answer: Pass a bill.” In other words, “Do as I decree, Congresscriminals, or I’ll usurp your legislative role.”"
I have plenty of words to describe Obama, but none of them are bad enough.

NSA now admits other countries besides China are able to cripple the US government's fragile power web. Since US hackers can do the same to foreigners, this is the mutually assured destruction. This is publicized as a tool to steal more of our money, but it should be understood as a failure of government which should be abolished.

Police State

Ohio men freed for wrongful conviction after 39 years.
"The Ohio Innocence Project at the University of Cincinnati College of Law took Ricky's case several years ago, after the Cleveland Scene published an article calling into question the convictions. The big break came, however, when Ed Vernon, now in his 50s, was in the hospital and, when visited by his pastor, broke down and confessed that he had not seen anything. In fact, he had been on a school bus blocks away and had only heard the shots, but had made up the entire story under police pressure. He told his pastor that living with the lie had been a cloud over his life. His pastor then told him that he had to come forward and correct this injustice.
On Monday and Tuesday, in powerful courtroom testimony, Ed Vernon, choking back tears, explained that at first he believed, in his 12-year old mind, that he was "doing the right thing" by making up the story to help police solve the crime. But his mother knew he was lying, and told him that when the police called him downtown to identify the suspects in a line-up, he should refuse to identify them, and "that would be the end of it." He did as his mother told him, but the detectives would not accept his recantation. Detectives took him into a room and screamed at him, threw objects around the room, and told the crying 12-year old that his parents would be sent to prison for perjury if he didn't change his story. They got him to sign a statement implicating the suspects with details about the murder that they fed to him, and had him claim in the statement that he didn't identify the suspects in the line-up because he too scared."
This is the norm in the US. The officers who pressured him into lying will never be punished. Naturally prosecutors fought this act of justice.
"Jackson, who steadfastly refused to entertain a deal on Monday at the start of the hearing to admit guilt in exchange for being released from his life sentence immediately, walked free this morning with all charges dropped and his name cleared once and for all."
That shows how evil prosecutors are. They offer deals the devil would envy.

Under its last lawful president, the Ukraine government had been increasing its gold reserves. As soon as the US coup happened, the coupmeisters sent that gold to the US.
"Needless to say there was no official confirmation of any of this taking place, and in fact our report, in which we mused if the “price of Ukraine’s liberation” was the handover of its gold to the Fed at a time when Germany was actively seeking to repatriate its own physical gold located at the bedrock of the NY Fed, led to the usual mainstream media mockery.
Until now.
In an interview on Ukraine TV, none other than the head of the Ukraine Central Bank made the stunning admission that “in the vaults of the central bank there is almost no gold left. There is a small amount of gold bullion left, but it’s just 1% of reserves.” "

Establishment farmers poison their wheat before harvesting.
"Standard wheat harvest protocol in the United States is to drench the wheat fields with Roundup several days before the combine harvesters work through the fields as withered, dead wheat plants are less taxing on the farm equipment and allows for an earlier, easier and bigger harvest"
Thanks, government.
"According to the US Department of Agriculture, as of 2012, 99% of durum wheat, 97% of spring wheat, and 61% of winter wheat has been doused with Roundup as part of the harvesting process. This is an increase from 88% for durum wheat, 91% for spring wheat and 47% for winter wheat since 1998."

Police State

If I'm supposed to be comforted by the claim that a few NSA insiders complained the NSA was overstepping its authority, I'm not.
"Years before Edward Snowden sparked a public outcry with the disclosure that the National Security Agency had been secretly collecting American telephone records, some NSA executives voiced strong objections to the program, current and former intelligence officials say. The program exceeded the agency's mandate to focus on foreign spying and would do little to stop terror plots, the executives argued.
The 2009 dissent, led by a senior NSA official and embraced by others at the agency, prompted the Obama administration to consider, but ultimately abandon, a plan to stop gathering the records."
This story is suspiciously released the day after the Senate refused to make token changes to NSA, so I'm skeptical of its veracity.

Federal Reserve

Diplomacy ended German's quest to repatriate its gold stored in the New York Fed, and this may have consequences for the Swiss.
"Now the question is, just how will the US pressure the Swiss “diplomatically” to make sure its own gold repatriation referendum does not succeed. Because if Germany failed miserably to obtain 674 tons of gold in 2013, it is assured that Switzerland will find absolutely nothing in its quest to obtain more than double, or 1,500 tons, of gold as a successful November 30 referendum outcome would require.
Then again, considering it was Obama’s action that destroyed the Swiss banking sector after the US crushed the centuries-long tradition of “Swiss banking anonymity”, this could be just the right action with which “neutral” Switzerland could finally take its revenge on the regime that cost it what was for centuries the primary source of capital inflow into the small and so very prosperous (until then) central-European nation."
I hope the Swiss referendum passes.

"“The farmer is at the whim of mother nature and, with the spring we had and then with the fall being wet, the farmers just could not get into the fields to get what they needed to get done,” said Mandy Havener, organization director for the Miami County Farm Bureau."

The total cost of the global warming fraud is significantly higher than $8.8 billion annually.

After pretty much gutting border security, we're supposed to be happy and believe that Obama plans to increase border security with his delaying of deportations. I like the term temporary amnesty.

Obama lies about flip-flopping on executive power over illegal immigrants.

Obama plans a prime time announcement on forced integration tomorrow. Announces announcement on Facebook.

Networks decline to show Obama speech.
"“In 2006, Bush gave a 17 minute speech that was televised by all three networks that was about deploying 6000 national guard troops to the border. Obama is making a 10 minute speech that will have a vastly greater impact on the issue. And none of the networks are doing it. We can’t believe they were aggrieved that we announced this on Facebook,” a senior administration official told POLITICO."
That's another lie. The networks declined before Obama announced the announcement on Facebook.
"But on Wednesday morning, with plans underway for a Thursday night address on Obama’s plans to issue executive actions on some of the most sweeping immigration reform in decades, those feelers came back with a negative report. None of the major networks wanted to take time away from their primetime programming for Obama’s 8p.m. speech. So the administration did not send out a formal request to the networks and took to Facebook to publicize the speech with a special video message from Obama along with a link to the livestream."
Obama's henchmen like like he does.

DHS warns Obama's action will bring a new surge of illegal immigrants. That's what Obama wants.

It is a slap in the face to the American people and the Constitution, but Obama hates both. Republicans can't do anything about it even if they wanted to. I bet they secretly want Obama to do this so later they can claim they have to accept the status quo. Like Obamacare, Republicans will probably accept it as a fait accompli.

Obama wants to throw the nation into crisis.

This could be a modern day Fort Sumpter. Obama said he wanted a presidency like Lincoln's. It was obvious to me that meant he wanted a civil war. He was coy about this stuff, but he didn't lie.

Thousands have been killed, mostly civilians: Ukraine’s war on its own people has displaced nearly a million people. Many have fled to neighboring Russia, while a little under half a million are classified as internally displaced refugees. The Ukrainian military, which claims to be fighting "terrorists," is using cluster bombs – weapons that are banned in the civilized world, but freely used by Ukraine’s military, which includes the neo-Nazi Azov Battalion."

I think most are honorable people  I don't agree with all the veteran hate at LewRockwell.com. I disagree with that, the knee-jerk support for open borders and the knee-jerk push for not voting.
"In particular, Ventura took issue with the large dollar amount pinned to foreign wars, arguing that "international corporations" are the ones who "truly run our country today."
"That's why wars are fought -- so the profiteers of war can make money," Ventura said, pointing to the large portion of the annual budget that goes toward national security and defense.
"If we weren't involved in these wars, we would have more freedom," he said."
Venture is right about that too.
