War

US to keep nine bases in Afghanistan after the end of combat operations in 2014. That's not a withdrawal. Get our troops out of Afghanistan now. The US has bases everywhere.

Supposedly the US military will prevent a civil war in Afghanistan after 2014. That's not a withdrawal.
