Police State

The institution of police is a recent invention, arising from the socialist "company town". Of course the company police protected the company at the expense of the workers just as modern police protect the government at the expense of citizens.
"“Police” have become a class of persons immune from the normal rules of civilized human interaction. Almost a sacred priesthood. And we are expected to play the role of humble supplicant – thanking them for their “service.”  Somewhere, far below, Alan Pinkerton is looking upward – and smiling."
No kidding.

Hackers obtain blueprints to new Australian security bureau. Oops.
