Ron Paul agrees that Obama's recent speeches about foreign policy change nothing. They were political pandering and nothing of substance, imo, in hopes of distracting people from his numerous scandals.

"The speech speaks of more war and more killing and more interventionism all masked in the language of withdrawal."
