The US military budget is still bloated. Imagine a government bureaucracy spending more than it needs. I'm shocked. The federal government is larger than ever. Another surprise.

US commander in Diyala province requests more troops to fight increased al Qaeda presence since they were driven out of Baghdad.

Hamas again airs Mickey Mouse copy in an attempt to convince children to attack Israel.

Muslims destroy theaters in Nigeria in the name of Sharia.

Boortz provides a thought experiment - if we had lived with the FairTax all our lives, would we switch to the income tax? It's a fun read because it's so ridiculous that's it's comical.

Apparently we did set up a news broadcast network in the Middle East. The director, a former CNN producer, has used it as a platform to promote terrorism. Why hasn't he been fired?
