My first published essay is on the economy. I'll post the unedited version Monday.
Even the UK realizes that the 2008 election season has begun. McCain is starting his run.
Bush is working with Democrats, upsetting Republicans, and the Democrats say they won't impeach him. Sounds like Bush is protecting his legacy.
The Iranians declair the U.S. election is a victory for them, and the terrorists taunt Bush and Rumsfeld. The terrorists are fighting a testosterone fueled personal war - they love the ascendence of Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid. China and Russia are promoting this war, the new Cold War of Terror, and America has yet to wake up to it.
Arnold says it's crazy we haven't reformed immigration. It's crazy we haven't stopped the southern invasion, that's for sure.
Democrats are in a lose-lose position. They've tapped George McGovern to appeal to the retreat and defeat movement, and they've informed Iraq they won't push for a 'premature' pull-out. Democrats can either alienate their base by being responsible and supporting victory in Iraq, or they can alien everybody else by pushing for retreat and defeat as they did in Vietnam. Either way, they lose. Winning in '06 set them up for defeat in '08.
Charles Krauthammer's analysis of the election is partly right. It was a bigger thumpin' than Krauthammer admits. If not for the extreme anti-American gerrymandering the Republicans would have lost ~50 seats in the House. And while only taking the Senate by a slim margin, it was still a pick-up of 6 seats, which is a significant shift. As Krauthammer points out, this thumpin' was a repudiation of Republican's liberal policies, not a victory for the left. The Republican were punished for their liberal policies of war without end, titanic spending, support for the income tax, and open borders. Democrats will do more of the same, but worse, and will get rejected in 2 years. It's important that at least 1 party realizes America didn't vote for Democrats, we voted against liberalism and for freedom and transfering power back to the people.

Illegal immigrants are being left destitute and their issue is still unsolved
ReplyDeleteIt seems that all parties are either ignoring or scared to face the problem if illegal immigration
in the United Kingdom. While most of undocumented immigrants are hiding and living in misery, J Reid and
L. Burn are pretending to be in control of the situation. This inertia will only benefit scrupulous employers.
As reported in the Guradian (November 7) failed asylum seekers are being forced into abject poverty: rejected asylum
seekers are left in a poverty-stricken limbo . They are pushed into degradation and suffering.
So far we have been listening only to right wing parties and think tanks. That's the reason why we have decided to
launch the survey at http://www.skillipedia.com to hear opinions from normal people like yourself. Once we get enough coverage
from the press we will be able to relay the result of the survey to the Home Office
