Tax and Spend

Award-winning advice for a Greek exit from the euro.
"Despite his lengthy and repetitive prize submission, Mr. Bootle's recommendations can be summarized in this one sentence: In complete secrecy and with no prior discussion, redenominate all Greek euro-denominated bank accounts into drachma-denominated accounts and devalue the drachma."
In other words, steal everybody's money, and everything will be fine. This is despicable.

The chances of a Greek exit are supposedly dropping because Germany is warming up to another bailout. I don't believe it. This may put off a Greek exit for a few months or years, but I think it's coming.
