Foreign Policy

According to Boortz:

"The State Department is sitting on $2.2 billion that should be spent on upgrading security at U.S. embassies and consulates worldwide, but the Obama administration will not spend the funds."

I repeat my original thought that Hillary might be leaving people in danger in order to sandbag Obama. Anybody who thinks Hillary, Obama, Romney, Biden or Ryan is above this is a fool. They're all sociopaths.
