The Nobel Foundation continues its march to irrelevancy by conferring the Nobel Peace prize on the European Union government. This is just stupid.

In a great reminder that there is a God, the New York Jets, coached by some loudmouthed clown who has turned the team into a circus, are having trouble selling tickets. Hallelujah. Apparently no amount of ESPN sell-out on their behalf is working. Let's hope market forces are allowed to work so that that clown is fired and ESPN will give up promoting them over all the other NFL teams combined. This dovetails into Oliva's prediction, with which I wholeheartedly agree, that narcissist and Napolean wannabe Roger Goodell will be seen as the person who dragged the NFL into decline.
