He should have been locked in the prison camp until the end of the war like every prisoner of war in history. These absurd tribunals have fed into the misconception that these terrorists are criminals instead of enemy combatants.

Now the liberals are going to call for his release after he's been imprisoned 5 and half years. The administration may still hold him as an enemy combatant, which is what they should have done all along without any tribunal, but if they do, they're going to get slammed for that. They've put themselves in a no-win situation by trying to appease the liberals who don't think we're at war.

These tribunals should have been modeled much closer to the Nuremberg trials, which were merely vehicles for publicizing the crimes of the Nazis before they were executed.
