77% of Americans are against giving driver's licenses to illegal aliens. That's bad for Hillary. Illegal aliens in Kansas self-deport because of tough new state laws against illegal immigration. If the feds would pass tough laws like this, the vast majority of gate crashers would leave the country.

City orders critic to remove a link to their police department from her website. It has no authority to make such an order.

2007 is the deadliest year for Americans in Iraq. That morbid statistic highlights the amazing turnaround Gen. Petraeus and our troops have effected since June.

French President Sarkozy has significantly improved relations with the US.

Saudi King meets with the Pope.

Oil at record high. Dollar at record low. Government at record high.

The ACLU thinks that the Real ID has been so watered down that it's effectively dead.

Atlantic City mayor who was missing in action admits to lying about his military record to get extra benefits.

I don't blame Gisele Bundchen for demanding her pay in euros instead of dollars. With the dollar going into the tank, it's a smart investment.

Reason reports that pornography does not increase sex crimes, it reduces them.

Ron Paul raises a record $4 million in one day.

Kathleen Willey suspects that the Clintons had a hand in murdering her husband. This is borderline slander.

NASA advances robotic surgery.

Radiohead name-your-own-cost album earns between $6 and $10 million. This is the future of music.

Boortz reports that Pakistani President Musharraf invoked Lincoln to support his national emergency. Lincoln didn't come to power with a coup. Lincoln was not a military officer. And Lincoln wasn't on the verge of losing power when the Civil War started. I'd love to see Musharraf get serious about crushing al Qaeda in Pakistan, but I don't think that's his real motivation. He may well believe that he's the only person who can hold Pakistan together though.

Chavez' government, no surprise, passes his tyrannical, socialist constitutional changes. Voters will likely approve them on Dec. 2, institutionalizing Venezuela's decline into poverty.

The US hasn't used waterboarding since 2003. That's nuts. It's so effective, we should use it whenever we think a terrorist has information that could save lives. I still think Bush would be smart to allow himself to be waterboarded to completely disarm this issue. And liberals would love it.
