Foreign Policy

I'm skeptical about how "deaf" people in Washington are to the concerns of Americans. No doubt politicians and bureaucrats answer to their rich patrons above the American people, but they are not deaf to the American people. They know the Israeli lobby pays and the American people suck up to that lobby. At the same time, they have institutional blindness to the American people. For example, they know that the American people have allowed them to loot us for centuries. The American people are unlikely to end centuries of looting tomorrow of the next day. That gets back to my bond holder analogy. But the American people will stop the looting, soon, and whoever is in power will be left holding the bag. That doesn't make those people stupid. It makes them evil, just like all the ones who came before them, but less lucky.
