Are you surprised to learn that Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan's brother made a corrupt business deal while Romney was government of Massachusetts and that, subsequently, Romney picked Ryan as VP? Are you surprised to find out that the US mainstream media has ignored this story, and, so far, it can only be found in the British press?  If you are, you're naive. This is the nature of politics. Every year it gets worse. Romney is just as bad as Obama. Ryan is just as bad as Biden. Our political system is about two factions of one criminal gang fighting it out to see who obtains power without actually having to physically fight the other faction or their victims: the American people. We will go down in history as the stupidest people who ever lived.

God forbid that Paul Ryan becomes the face of Republicanism for a generation. As screwed as we already are, we'd be even more screwed.
