Free kibbles

EDUCATION:

First the government makes kids fat and sick, then they use the excuse kids are fat and sick to put tracking devices on them.

POLICE STATE:

IBM developing biometric ID system for US government. No thank you.

Just in case the police state wasn't oppressive enough for you, DHS is now x-raying vehicles and people crossing borders.
"CNET has a story on DHS' whole car X-ray scanners and their potential cancer risks. The story focuses on the Z Portal scanner, which appears to be a stationary version of the older Z Backscatter Vans. The story provides interesting pictures of the device and the images it produces, but it also raises important questions about the devices' cancer risks. "
Is cancer your friend? The government doesn't give a sh**.

POLITICS:

Leftist icon Paul Krugman who masquerades as an economist laments that capitalism is too productive. God knows no normal people want to increase their standard of living.

Do you remember when that goofy Jon Huntsman decided to ignore Iowa then came in a distant third in New Hampshire? Then he proclaimed that "Third place was a ticket to ride?" He's dropping out.
"Huntsman will endorse Mitt Romney at an event in South Carolina, the officials said. Huntsman believes Romney is the best candidate to beat President Obama in November, they said."
I wonder how much the establishment paid him to tow the party line.

LOCAL:

The vast majority of Americans upgrade their computers regularly. Only government could fail a computer upgrade so badly that the project is likely to be cancelled.

MISC:

What I wouldn't give to see Kate Bush and Florence perform together, if you know what I mean.
