Our federal budget is $3.1 trillion annually. The Iraq war costs us $12 billion a month, or $144 billion annually.That's 4.6% of the budget. But Nancy Pelosi blames the Iraq war for our federal debt. Sure looks to me like we should blame the other 95.4% of government spending.

20% of scientists use performance enhancing drugs. Our culture is so hypocritical about drug use and performance enhancing drug use. It's OK for scientists, but not athletes or self-medicators.
