I often compared George Bush to LBJ, saying he was similar, but worse. Now Jeb Bush promises he would rule like LBJ. No thanks, but it is funny that the Bush's model themselves after LBJ so well that it's obvious to observers.

Hagel's nomination may have passed the committee, but Republicans have filibustered him, which has never happened to a nominee for Secretary of Defense before.

Claim that bankers bought the election for Obama by using the Fed's free money to pump up the stock market and housing market. The only problem with this theory is that investment & securities, misc. finance, hedge funds & private equity, and commercial banks all gave significantly more money to Republicans than Democrats. I suppose this could have been a charade, but Dems cot more in 2008.
