South Korea believes North Korea conducted a third, wimpy, nuclear test. I'm not trying to make fun of nuclear tests. But there must be a scale. The Wall Street Journal concurs. We're supposed to be very scared even though government experts, who have been wrong about pretty much everything, say it was a nuclear bomb. People who are for starving for attention come up with specular ways to gain it. I'm not saying NK doesn't have a nuclear weapon. I'm saying its rulers want attention. How about we be proactive and end the war and normalize relations and trade? It ain't 1950.
