War

Nobody seems to care that Israel, undoubtedly with US backing, is committing terrorist acts against Iran. But the definition of terrorism has been co-opted. Terrorism used to be attacks on civilians. Attacks on government facilities and government personnel were not acts of terrorism, but regular war, so in that regard, it seems neither side is using terrorism. They're just waging covert war against each other.
