Somebody claims this is the third warmest summer on record, but that means nothing because it tells us nothing about what happened in the southern hemisphere at the same time. This is just more politically motivated alarmism. Every time I looked, the rest of the world was cooler than normal all summer.
The EPA to require Americans to purchase at least 4 gallons of gas if that gas is 10 or 15 percent ethanol.
