The Miller Lane Walmart sucks so badly any more, it doesn't matter to me if workers strike. The only thing that matters to me regarding a strike is Walmart fires them all. It already seems Walmart doesn't care about customers. If they don't fire strikers, that will be undeniable proof of what I suspect.

DP&L, because they have a government protected monopoly, to raise rates.
