Large majority of New York voters believe Eliot Spitzer and Anthony Weiner are an embarrassment to New York. They're right. These people are just power-hungry, perverted freaks who don't care about the people, their families or anything else besides power and sex. This is the kind of people attracted to government work.

Nice insight into problems faced by Republicans.

I agree with the sentiment, but not this example. Social Security is not means tested and therefore is not welfare. They're trying to turn it into welfare. Social Security is just people trying to get their stolen back from the government.

That's right.

That's why there's no real difference between the two parties.

This is exactly true on the domestic front. On the foreign policy front, Democrats support a mildly watered down version of war, war and more war. The only difference is rhetoric.

The work together to divide, conquer and loot us, then they argue about which side gets how much of a share of the loot.

Interesting metaphor for the modern state.

Vivid. I've often compared government to a dinosaur. You can't train a dinosaur. You can't make it work for you. All you can do is stay out of its way or kill it before it kills you.

Yes. That's suicide.

Yes. That's ridiculous.
