The press is working hard to keep the private sector from getting the credit it deserves for revitalizing Detroit.

Much as I rail against the fire station at Main and Monument on the river, others rail against government use of prime real estate in Detroit. I should expand my horizons to include the federal and county courthouses, county administration building and jail.

It makes no sense to apply the scientific method to social studies, which are not social sciences.
