Clark County judge attempts to manipulate a domestic violence case in favor of the Springfield police lieutenant defendant by refusing a continuance for the special prosecutor. The prosecutor was forced to dismiss the case so he can reinstate it later.

Feds rule in favor of RTA against Beavercreek's refusal to add bus stops near Fairfield Mall. Apparently RTA isn't buses for everybody. It's just buses for minorities. The feds should get out of our business.
