Local
This story makes no sense to me. Police reportedly saw a man buy marijuana at Main and Third, the major intersection in downtown Dayton, so they arrested him, then they went back for the dealer. The dealer had no drugs and told them the man they had arrested came back and warned him. So they said they couldn't arrest the dealer, but they added charges of interfering with official business onto the buyer. The reason none of this makes sense is police always want the dealer, so if they witnessed a deal as they claimed, why didn't they arrest the dealer then? Why not arrest both of them? If they really witnessed a deal, why couldn't they arrest the dealer later? Something is wrong with this story, and the reporter should have asked more questions.
