Ohio budget passed by Senate sounds like more of the same with minor tweaks.

With the police having been exposed as useless in the Cleveland kidnapping case, Ohio politicians want to cover up the government failure by stealing money from taxpayers to pay for their education. This is crap. The taxpayers didn't fail those girls. Those politicians are plenty rich to pay for their education themselves.
