Police State

NSA expert, author of four books on the subject, talks about the US surveillance state.

Defense lawyer subpoena's NSA's records on his client to prove his client did not rob a bank. This is awesome.

Lincoln seized telegraph records during the Civil war. George Washington opened mail.

CBS news reporter's notebook computer compromised. I wonder who would do that.

Evidence that Microsoft has built in backdoor access to NSA on Windows. Claim that RIM, Nokia and Apple have backdoors for NSA. I wouldn't trust for a minute a government-security enhanced Android device.

Now the FBI wants to backdoor all software.
