More on the San Francisco government shutting down cell phones to hinder protesters. It wasn't but a few months ago people were condemning middle eastern governments for the doing the same and saying that could never happen here. Ha.
WAR:
We keep hearing about the rebels in Libya making progress much the same way we hear about US troops making progress, but both wars continue. How is it possible to make so much progress, but having nothing change?
POLITICS:
Bachmann, a native Iowan, barely defeats Ron Paul in Ames straw poll. This will be a big boost to both their campaigns. Ron Paul is not coming in from the fringe. Mainstream Americans are waking up the damage caused by leviathan government and moving toward us.
Perry announces his run for president. This guy exudes slime. He's like the Republican Bill Clinton.
LOCAL:
New panhandling law gets panhandlers holding signs off the street.
