Corruption in the Army Corp of Engineers? Who would have thought. It's as if power corrupts or something.

China sends troops to North Korean border and conducts navy exercises in support of the North. There's not going to be war in Korea. This is a distraction. Maybe they don't want us to know that China's yuan hit a record high against the dollar. Or maybe the Monsanto Protection Act. Or maybe Stockton's bankruptcy. Or maybe something worse we haven't even heard about yet.
