Tax and Spend

Stockton, California becomes first big US city to stay in bankruptcy and force big losses on creditors since Great Depression.
"Two other cities—Jefferson, Ala., and San Bernardino, Calif.—have already petitioned for Chapter 9 protection. No doubt they—and their creditors—had their eyes on the outcome of this case."
Many more will follow. This will drive up bond prices.
