Traffickers are planting illicit crops on public land, destroying and defiling pristine wilderness while creating risks for hunters and other parkgoers."This would be hilarious if prohibition wasn't so deadly. The Keystone Kops were never this incompetent. But it's really not incompetence. It's corruption.

War on Drugs
The war on drugs is such a massive failure the government can't stop drug cartels from growing pot in national forests.
