Local

Students who study online do better than those in the classroom, though this article uses different terms to explain that.
"The study found that students who took all or part of their instruction online performed better, on average, than those taking the same course through face-to-face instruction. Further, those who took blended courses appeared to do best of all, according to the study."
And of course having two sources, even if one is a government school teacher, is better than one because that presents alternative viewpoints that spark independent thinking.

Local prison school inmates perform slightly less badly than the state average. That's like saying that local prisoners are slightly less likely to kill people once they are let free than others around the state. Whooptedo.

Government prohibitionists are using the coercive power of government to shut down liquor licenses. This means a black market in liquor is growing. We know how that worked in the 1920s, but government doesn't care about that. All it cares about is stealing our money.
