Free kibbles

GLOBAL WARMING:

This is a pretty good description of the global warming frauds:
"The warming “scientific” community, the Climategate emails reveal, is a tight clique of like-minded scientists and bureaucrats who give each other jobs, publish each other’s papers — and conspire to shut out any point of view that threatens to derail their gravy train."
But the scariest part is, if the planet had continued to warm a few more years after 1998, the US and pretty much every other country in the world would be saddled with ruinous, bogus, global warming regulations. It was sheer chance that saved us.

There's sure not much news on the environmental assailant. Can you imagine if this guy had a conservative or libertarian agenda? It'd be the only thing in the news for days or weeks.

Oil sheen spotted near Gulf oil rig that exploded earlier today. Here we go again.

POLICE STATE:

Man sues cops who entered his home uninvited then electrocuted him three times.

WAR:

Interesting tidbit in this story about hurricane Earl:
"FEMA has sent supplies and personnel to Fort Bragg, N.C., to be ready if needed after the storm, Fugate said."
Is anybody else uncomfortable with the ongoing blurring of the lines between civilian government and the military?

More people are catching on to what I wrote a few weeks back: people who don't want an Islamic center near ground zero should buy the property themselves.

Because government destroyed a bunch of cars with its cash for clunkers program, the price of used cars has skyrocketed, just as predicted.
