Exxon claims US oil demand has peaked. I find that hard to believe. We're going through a temporary lull because of the economy, but I seriously doubt our demand as peaked long-term. The economy will recover despite the best efforts of Barack Obama to keep it down.

Mises scholar suggests Mothers Against Drunk Driving make some changes for the safety of all Americans. I strongly agree that the focus on drunk driving instead of dangerous driving has led to many more fatalities than we should tolerate. Whether a driver has been drinking or not is immaterial. All we should care about is if the driver is unsafe, and we should identify a coordination/judgment test that tests that.
What kind of freak would write the headline "Verdict blights Spector's legacy" after a man was convicted of murder? When did a man's musical legacy become more important than the life he took?
