Huber Heights allocates the $750,000 startup money for music venue boondoggle.

Officer statements released in shooting at Beavercreek Walmart.
"Williams wrote that Darkow "repeatedly yelled, 'Drop the weapon!'" but Crawford "turned towards us in an aggressive manner with the rifle in hand.""
The video shows conclusively that Crawford did not turn toward anybody in an aggressive manner.
"Another shopper, Angela Williams, suffered a fatal heart attack while running from the commotion once officers opened fire."
This is the first time I've seen the DDN get this timeline right, showing officers created the commotion that killed Williams, not Crawford. More documents. Police statements don't match video.
