The story about cops killing a man in Beavercreek Walmart keep getting worse.
"“The quick response of officers was instrumental in containing this situation and minimizing the risk of customers,” Evers said. “…Preliminary indications are that the officers acted appropriately under the circumstances.”"
What an Orwellian statement. The response of the officers was instrumental in killing two people who, had the officers never shown up, would be alive today.

TJ Chumps to pay $150,000 less for Huber Heights land because the sports facility didn't show up.
"Huber Heights will be responsible to construct the restaurant’s building pad — a cost not to exceed $65,000 — as well as build an access drive to the property, which could cost as much as $170,000, Schommer said.
Schaeffer said those costs could be immediately paid for with land acquisition money, but GoodSports will ultimately be expected to cover the expense for the access drive."
If it shows up.
"GoodSports has not responded to calls or emails the past several weeks. Schommer said last week that GoodSports representatives are expected to be in town in the next couple weeks to meet with local banks."
If it shows up.
