Tax and Spend

The first thing I remember learning about Mars's atmosphere as a kid was the solar wind stripped Mars of its atmosphere. 40 years later, NASA makes money by proclaiming this is a new, proven theory.
"However, around 4.2 billion years ago, the red planet had a much thicker atmosphere, making wet and warm -  similar to Earth."
They know that because they measured it. Wait. No they didn't.
