Governments issue record number of requests for Facebook user data.

Of course the government records supposed privileged communications between prison inmates and attorneys. The government hates attorney-client privilege. It records everything it can regardless of the law. The only limitation on government spying is technology. Rulers will blame the contractor or say they never access those recordings. Baloney.
