Government shuts down couple's business then fines them.

"The township has padlocked the gate on their property to halt access between their residence and the commercial buildings on their property, where some tenants still have stored items."
"The Grays said they invested about $300,000 several years ago to put up the garages and storage buildings on the three acres in Montgomery County after being assured by Clearcreek Twp. officials they would be able to use the driveway from Pennyroyal Road for the businesses.
But the township ordered the couple to stop using the driveway after neighbors complained. The court threatened to fine them $500 a day if they continued to use it."
