Warner Brothers claims the look and feel of Batman is copyrighted, so nobody can copy the Batmobile. Copyright precludes freedom of speech already, and now they're trying to use it to preclude freedom of expression as well.
French government criminalizes bigoted speech, and a Brit advocates the US do the same, calling freedom of speech a fetish.
