I agree with Kudlow we're in a recession, but I don't think we ever got out of the 2008 recession. The phony increases in the GDP statistics and the stock market were created by the Fed printing money, not an increase in production.

More people around the world think China is the world's leading economy than the US. They might be right. We won't know for sure until after the impending crash.

TAX AND SPEND:

US governments, federal, state and local, are projected to add three times more debt than the eurozone over the next five years. And you think the eurozone is dragging down the US economy. The opposite is true.

Our debt is bigger. It's growing faster. Our economy is smaller. What's going on in the eurozone is just the warm-up act for the real economic collapse coming to the US soon. And it's already in the pipeline. The best we can do is mitigate this disaster by dramatically reducing the burden of government in the US. We can't avoid it. The May budget deficit was double what it was last May. It's important to remember than when we talk about US debt and spending, US Treasuries are at their lowest yields in history because investors fleeing Europe are buying them as a temporary safe haven. That won't last. The same is true of the dollar. Our budget and economic problems are war worse than they appear.

That's like claiming cutting climbing might lead to falling from trees. What a travesty. Why would such decorated men make such stupid statements? Money. They get rich from fomenting war. They're lying. This is a scam.

Remember when Eisenhower warned us of the military-industrial complex? Me neither. I wasn't born yet. But I've read about it. So I'm not surprised to learn the military-industrial complex is using socialist pressure to manipulate Americans and our representatives.

Bilderbergers corronate Romney

The Bilderbergers have chosen Romney to win this election. That's why Democrats as well as Republicans are blasting Obama about national security leaks. Of course Obama is offended. He was doing what they asked. This is political charade at it's highest and most degraded. These senators don't give a damn about some mythical national security. All they care about is advancing their own interests. If this was really about national security, they would have gone to Obama in private. They would have done so years ago. And leaking national security information is just politics as usual for presidents. Name one who didn't do so.

The timing gives it all away. The summer before an election is the time when swing voters make their decisions. In addition, the Bilderbergers just finished their conference in D.C. So this coordinated attack tells us that the Bilderbergers want Obama ousted, and that his Democrat allies are going along with that agenda. Of course he's offended. Four years ago the Bilderbergers made him the nominee. Now they're ousting him. The saddest part about this is that this means the ruling cabal of the world thinks Romney will loot us better than Obama has, and I can't disagree. Republicans won't resist Romney's looting and Democrats will complain he hasn't looted us enough.

So the TSA pretends it did a new, independent test and told its corporate media agents to inform us it did a new, independent test, but in fact it just recycled the same, old discredited data it's used all along.

Make a wire transfer? You're a terrorist. Unless you can prove otherwise. Thank god this wasn't the law 25 years ago when I was foolishly supporting too many girls.

WAR:

NATO claims it will limit air strikes on homes in Afghanistan. I'm skeptical.

How out of touch do you have to be to leave your eight year old daughter in a pub? This is what politicians get for using their children as props for photo ops.

I bet this Justice Department investigation into security leaks from the White House is Obama's attempt at a white wash. I bet Holder is so beholden to Obama, he wouldn't dare cross him no matter what the Bilderbergers wanted. I think Holder will stand by Obama right up until he pushes Obama aside to save himself, and he hasn't reached that point yet.

Obama reportedly is taking digital campaigning beyond anything seen before. Just like he did four years ago. But he's still going to lose. As powerful as the internet has become, the Bilderbergers have declared Romney the winner, maybe because they want Romney to win, maybe because they understand the economic reality that will make Romney the winner no matter what they want, but either way, Obama will lose. The internet will not save Obama. If Ron Paul was the Republican nominee, he would be doing better on the internet than Obama.

Do you want to read a book a day for 30 days to realize the libertarian philosophy? I can't read a book a day. Fortunately for me, I became a libertarian as a teenager through simple observation of the world around me. For years I still mistakenly believed our government protected me from foreign threats, but in the last decade or so, I finally overcame that last mistake and realized our government creats foreign threats, it creates crime, it creates pretty much everything bad is society. You don't see terrorists attacking Switzerland because the Swiss are free, and they are much freer that us. But this is a good book list anyway. Many of these aren't even books.

Like I give a damn about the collectivist feelings of black Mormons. I'll bet everything I own against everything everybody else owns that each of those individuals will vote, or not, to advance their own interests as they see it. This is a wonderful example of how the media exists to divide us so the politicians can conquer us. Pay up, world.

What's so funny about this is this tells us Obama is unsatisfied with the extreme propaganda his propagandists issue. He wants even more lies, as if the American people haven't seen through enough of them.

ECONOMY:

We like to talk about the lost decade in Japan, but...

"Yesterday, The Financial Times reported that a thousand yen invested in stocks in 1985, “even including dividends and inflation… has made exactly nothing.”"

This won't happen in the US. It only happened in Japan because Japan had the US economy to prop it up. There is no economy to prop up the US economy. We're going down.

It will be a scheme vaguely reminiscent of the Brady Bonds, or Alexander Hamilton’s takeover of state debt after the American Revolution, with new debt backed by the EU…of extremely long duration (long enough to allow inflation to cut down the real value of the bonds.) The debts of the future, on the other hand, will be the responsibility of member states (lenders beware!). Everyone can save face. Lenders (banks) will get their money (more or less). Borrowers can avoid disorderly defaults and bankruptcy (more or less). And Germany and France can hold onto their beloved European Union (more or less) …and still not be on the hook for Greek behavior going forward."

So this guy predicts the inflation-default solution. Germans still learn about the Weimar Republic, and Merkel is already immensely unpopular. Where will she get the political capital to pull that off?

TAX AND SPEND:

The press keeps telling us is Ireland is a basket case, having had a bailout forced on it by the EU. Bu the reality is businesses are fleeing to Ireland and taking jobs with them because of its low tax rate.

The EU tried to force Ireland to raise its tax rate to stop companies from moving from other EU countries to Ireland. Ireland intelligently refused.

Greeks vote in six days, and it can't help the eurozone's cause that the Spanish bailout came with few strings, unlike the Greek bailout. Ten years from now, all the experts will look back at the euro experiment and acknowledge it was doomed to fail.

Walter Williams says the congressional control of the federal budget is an example of the tragedy of the commons, this is why our economy is going to crash. I never thought of it that way.

I wouldn't put it exactly like this because earmarks are not busting our budget. A better way to put it might be that all the special interests in Washington have common control of the budget like seniors, the military-intelligence complex, big Pharma, big Agra, big Medicine, big Green, etc. and they all demand a bigger piece of the pie every year, so Congress keeps increasing the spending.

REGULATION:

Here's a good reminder that government exists to protect the super-rich from the people.

However, unknown to Carver and other supporters, the bill was changed shortly before it passed to provide less, not more, information about cruise-ship crime."

Typical. Cruise lines couldn't get away with this in a free society. The only way they can get away with it is if government protects them. The same is true with all big corporations, unions and special interests. The government protects them and limits their liability at the expense of the people.

How can Ohio state universities allow smoking while it's banned in other Ohio businesses? It's nice to be the king.

I'm happy to see students peacefully rebelling against authority. To paraphrase Jefferson, a little rebellion is a good thing.  Don't get me wrong. Class sizes aren't the problem. Coercion is. To combat this problem, a Google guy wants to hook up the best teachers and students in an online system.

Rand Paul endorses Romney. I'm not upset about this like many others are. What was he supposed to do? Make himself a pariah in the Republican party like Ron Paul did? Ron Paul labored ineffectually for 13 terms or so. His policies were right, but he could never advance them because of his politics. It's a shame the people care more about style than substance, but it's a reality we have to face. Rand Paul is trying a different strategy, and a strategy based on the reality of today versus the reality of yesterday. If Rand Paul accepts a VP spot with Romney, then I will never trust him. But I don't hold a grudge against him for endorsing Romney.

The Bilderbergers have chosen Romney to win this election. That's why Democrats as well as Republicans are blasting Obama about national security leaks. Obama responds by claiming he's offended. This is political charade at it's highest and most degraded. These senators don't give a damn about some mythical national security. All they care about is advancing their own interests. If this was really about national security, they would have gone to Obama in private. They would have done so years ago. And leaking national security information is just politics as usual for presidents. Name one who didn't do so. The timing gives it all away. Ask any seasoned political analyst, and they'll tell you that the summer before an election is the time when swing voters make their decisions. In addition, the Bilderbergers just finished their conference in D.C. So this coordinated attack tells us that the Bilderbergers want Obama ousted, and that his Democrat allies are going along with that agenda. Of course he's offended! Four years ago the Bilderbergers made him the nominee. Now they're ousting him.  The saddest part about this is that this means the ruling cabal of the world thinks Romney will loot us better than Obama has, and I can't disagree. Republicans won't resist Romney's looting and Democrats will complain he hasn't looted us enough.

In case anybody mistakes what I'm saying, I predict Romney will win. Done deal. As if I needed more evidence to back me up, Time magazine suddenly reports,

Another danger for the President: the media freak show. Stalking that circus' center ring is Matt Drudge, whose caustic website continues to help drive the news cycle with an emphasis on negative, mocking items about Obama and Vice President Joe Biden and their wives. Bill Clinton is a Bilderberger. This is why Clinton sabotaged Obama on taxes, then offered a satirical response. Romney attended the Bilderberg convention. Obama and Hillary Clinton attended the Bilderberg convention in Washington D.C. in 2008. The Bilderbergers aren't gods, but with all their money, they are kingmakers. This isn't just about campaign money. It's also about media, and the media is worth way more than campaign money.

Holder might even have turned on Obama, appointing two prosecutors to investigate the leaks, but I'm not sure. This is probably a whitewash. Holder is attached to Obama for ideological reasons. We'll have to see how this turns out.

I have long written that the US is ruled by aristocrats like every a Medieval society, and this comment about the Texas convention makes it clear that that realization is spreading:

The people of Wisconsin answer poll questions about collective bargaining based on whether the question poses the issue as a right or not. Clearly, the right to freedom of association allows people to form a group and collectively bargain. The problem is government has granted unions the power to coerce others to join them, and because of that the union bosses use threats of violence backed by violence to coerce others into supporting them. That's the fatal flaw of unions.

ECONOMY:

Sometimes the universe reminds us that the world is full of stupid doofuses epitomized by the people who bid the Dow up 286 points today. You know that saddest part of this? Those people vote.

Here's a good reminder than even people who are smart enough to make billions, don't necessarily understand economics. Declaring the euro will collapse within three months , George Soros stumbles:

Be very, very afraid. The US Air Force decries it's facing a crisis of aging aircraft. Oh my God, the Russian or Chinese or Iranian Air Force might just attack and overwhelm the US Air Force tomorrow. For God's sake, let's spend hundreds of billions more on the Air Force or we're all going to die!

I think this is a very accurate assessment of where Rand Paul stands regarding Romney.

Thomas Sowell blasts AG Holder's hypocrisy on racial issues.

Like all politicians, Holder lies without conscience. Holder recently ordered Florida officials to stop removing dead people from their voter rolls.

Wisconsin Governor Walker wins big in his recall election. Three Republican state senators also facing recall won by similar margins, and a fourth is winning by a similar margin, though that race hasn't been called yet. This is a big blow to unions, and that's why Obama didn't come to Wisconsin. This is a bad sign for Obama and his union boss cronies.

That sounds a lot like the Occupy protesters.

This article is confusing. First it says:

Then it says:

"According to Hubbard, Romney would focus on cutting marginal tax rates to the levels proposed in the Bowles-Simpson plan in an effort to spur economic growth. The rest of the deficit reduction would come by broadening the tax base, he said."

So which is it? Cutting taxes or raising taxes? Then it says:

""For Medicare, [Romney] said that he would support a move to more of a premium support system which would limit Medicare support, particularly for more affluent seniors," Hubbard explained. "For Social Security, he's talked about delaying the retirement age and slowing the rate of growth of benefits for upper income people.""

Talk about worthless comments. This guy is a consummate politician.
