Police State

The definition of a police state is a state in which the victim has no recourse against the state aggressor. That's the national security US state.

The FBI investigated Isaac Asimov as a Soviet spy. Other than enthralling millions of readers, I doubt there's any higher honor a writer can achieve. I bet William Gibson has reached a similar stature.

Obama exposes the true nature of government and the motive behind spying.
"The Obama administration is considering steps to quiet the uproar over U.S. spy programs, including curbs on foreign surveillance while allowing the bulk collection of Americans’ phone records to continue. "
The foreign surveillance claim was always an excuse. The real target is and always has been the American people.

Snowden was not alone. He reportedly convinced 20 to 25 sympathetic souls to give up their passwords.

Britain's spies appear before MPs in unprecedented appearance on TV. This is a quarter will buy you a couple minutes of parking.
