Education
Not to be outdone by outrageously ignorant US government schools, a Canadian school bans elementary school students from touching each other during recess. This edict uses coercion to break down the fundamental cooperative natures of people when they are children, making it more likely they will become sociopaths or psychopaths when they grow up. While this story focuses on tag and other such games, it doesn't mention the more important part of growing up of boys and girls interacting with each other. I bet the latter was the impetus for the ban.
