Foreign Policy

The EU overwhelming votes against sharing more data with the US because of NSA spying. This is excellent.

Forcing down the plane of Bolivian president in search for NSA leaker Snowden called act of piracy.
"The forcing down of Bolivian President Evo Morales’s plane – denied air space by France, Spain and Portugal, followed by his 14-hour confinement while Austrian officials demanded to "inspect" his aircraft for the "fugitive" Edward Snowden – was an act of air piracy and state terrorism. It was a metaphor for the gangsterism that now rules the world and the cowardice and hypocrisy of bystanders who dare not speak its name."
Gangsterism has always ruled the world.

The president of Venezuela offers asylum to Snowden.

More on the Egyptian coup.

Why do I care that Secretary of State Kerry was on his wife's yacht during the coup in Egypt? Was he supposed to be in Egypt? That would have been stupid. This story is about harming Kerry and thereby boosting Hillary in the 2016 presidential campaign.
