Dayton's economy is so bad, it's cheap to live here. How can Round Rock be more affordable than Dayton?

Grammy-nominated rock band nobody has ever heard of to open Huber Heights's music boondoggle.
"Pollstar.com, a music industry website, has reported two other concerts at the music center: Jazz At Lincoln Center Orchestra With Wynton Marsalis on July 12; and Canned Heat, with Charlie Musselwhite and Pat Travers, on Aug. 21."
Three shows? I don't know how bad that is at this point in the season, but it seems bad.
