Tax and Spend

No evidence for the three proposed types of dark matter, but lots of money spent.

IRS increasing abuse of structuring.

Spain passes "Google" tax.
"Spain's parliament has approved new intellectual property laws that allow news publishers to charge aggregators each time they display news content in search results."
They didn't think this through. In order to avoid the tax, Google and other aggregators won't list mainstream sources, so they'll become less relevant and die sooner.
