Retires Secret Service agents says Obama is worse than people think. I think he's thoroughly evil and very successful, so I doubt I would be surprised at anything he's heard.

But Obama is no different than any other president in that regard. The NSA has been using every means available to it to spy on Americans since it was created. The programs Obama is using were started under Bush or earlier.
