Dayton's homicide rate out-pacing last year, but the DDN wants to focus on guns.
Former professor previously convicted of child porn found with child porn again.
Aquarius nightclub seems to be the latest target for Dayton's supreme predators.
"The Aquarius nightclub could be on the way out of business after police and fire crews ordered "at least 400 people" out of the building last weekend because the occupancy was supposed to be capped at 49."How in the world can their occupancy be capped at 49, and who are these oppressors to cap it anyway? The owner should be the only person with that power.
"A fire department inspector, contacted during the weekend, said the club had been issued a temporary order from the fire department to limit the occupancy because of outstanding violations."So it was punitive, designed to put the club out of business.
"Last April, News Center 7 went inside the club when the city tried to pull the liquor license because city officials learned Kelley was leasing the building to the former owners of the A-List Lounge."And the city's rulers have a vendetta against those guys.
