New Snowden leaks show all of Europe's security agencies cooperate on mass surveillance. So much for the hypocritical European rulers.
"The files also make clear that GCHQ played a leading role in advising its European counterparts how to work around national laws intended to restrict the surveillance power of intelligence agencies."
Laws are for serfs, not rulers.

Japan and Russia teaming up to check power of China and North Korea.
