If 14 year old boys had been arrested for grabbing girls' butts when I was a kid, half of boys would have been in jail. This is another example of criminalizing normal, rude, boyhood behavior. A good slap is the best response. Detention would be OK too. Arrest is ridiculous.

The teen posted on twitter.com, and other students pointed out something about the tweet that embarrassed the student. The student responded with threatening to get a rifle and shoot people, Davis said."

This is ridiculous too.

"The teen does not have the means to carry out the threat, according to police. He has been placed in a juvenile detention center.
“Our school resource officers were in place, and kids were willing to report this. It’s good that this (process) works,” Davis said. You have to teach kids they have to take things like this seriously and not to wait.”"

This isn't working.

The state's monopoly on education increases prices and lowers quality, and that's before accounting for ideology.
